GetFavours is built on one simple rule: keep as little of your data as possible. We don’t hoard recordings or transcripts — each call’s summary goes straight to you and lives on your own devices.

We keep nothing we don’t need
No retained recordings or transcripts on our servers. Recording is configurable and off by default — the less we hold, the less there is to ever go wrong.
Your data goes to you
Every call becomes a summary that lands in your text messages and email. It lives with you — not in a database we mine or profile.
We never sell your data
Not your data, not your callers’ data — not for advertising, not for anything. It’s used only to run your receptionist and send your summaries.

We follow PIPEDA privacy principles and can provide a Data Processing Agreement on request for businesses that need one.
How a call is handled
When someone calls, GetFavours answers and understands the call in real time using trusted AI voice providers, then delivers you a clean summary. Afterward, we keep no recording or transcript. If you’re doing a vendor or security review and need the exact list of the providers involved, just email us — we’ll walk you through it honestly.
Clinics, law offices & other sensitive work
Because we hold so little, GetFavours suits privacy-sensitive businesses well. If you handle regulated health information, talk to us beforeonboarding so we can go over your PHIPA requirements and put the right agreement in place for your situation — we’d rather scope it properly with you than hand-wave a compliance badge.

Common questions
Do you store recordings of my calls?
No — we don't keep call recordings or full transcripts on our servers. Recording is configurable and off by default; when it's off, no call audio is retained by us.
So where does my call data go?
To you. Each call is turned into a short summary and delivered to you by text and email. That copy lives in your own inbox and on your own devices — not in a database we mine, profile, or sell.
Who processes the calls?
To answer and understand a call in real time, GetFavours relies on trusted AI voice providers. The call is processed live to produce your summary, and GetFavours keeps no recording or transcript afterward. If you need the exact list of providers for a vendor review, email us and we'll share it.
Do you sell my data or my customers' data?
Never. We don't sell, rent, or share your data or your callers' data for advertising or any other purpose. We use it only to run your receptionist and send you your summaries.
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes. Email founder@getfavours.com and we'll handle any access or deletion request. Because we don't retain recordings or transcripts, there's very little on our side to begin with.
